These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thisure.com and the thiSure exam-prep application (the "Service"), operated by 33 Dragon Capital Venture LLC ("thiSure," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose & no guarantee

thiSure is a study and exam-preparation tool for state insurance licensing exams. It is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, and the Service is not legal, financial, or professional advice. State laws and exam content change; verify time-sensitive figures with the relevant state Department of Insurance.

2. Accounts & access

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access code or license key confidential.
Access codes and licenses are for a single user and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, including sharing access or attempting to copy our content.

3. Intellectual property & prohibited copying

The Service and all of its content — including the question bank, answer explanations, glossary, Vietnamese translations, design, and code — are the exclusive property of thiSure and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not, in whole or in part:

copy, reproduce, scrape, download in bulk, republish, or redistribute any content or code of the Service;
create a derivative or competing product using our content;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying question bank; or
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.

Unauthorized copying or use is a material breach of these Terms and may violate copyright law. We reserve all rights to pursue takedowns and legal remedies. Our question bank contains proprietary markers that allow us to identify copied content.

4. Payment, trials & refunds

Certain features require paid access. Trial access is limited. Refunds, where offered, are governed by our posted refund policy. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, thiSure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any exam outcome, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
