This Privacy Policy explains how 33 Dragon Capital Venture LLC ("thiSure," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use thisure.com and the thiSure exam-prep application (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account & contact information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and optional company/agency name.
Access codes / license keys you enter to unlock full access.
Study activity: your quiz results, scores, progress, weak areas, flagged questions, and exam-date preferences.
Technical data: basic device/browser information necessary to run and secure the Service.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us), or health information.

2. How we use your information

To provide the Service — deliver quizzes, track your progress, and issue certificates of completion.
To communicate with you about your account, access, and study progress.
To verify access codes and manage trial, promotional, and licensed access.
To improve the Service and our study content.

3. How your information is stored & protected

Study results and profile data are stored in our secure cloud database (Supabase) with row-level security so that records are not publicly readable. The Service is served over HTTPS. Some study progress is also kept locally in your own browser for offline convenience. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as our hosting and database providers) and where required by law.

5. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
You can clear locally-stored study data at any time from within the app ("Clear History").

6. Children

The Service is intended for adults preparing for professional insurance licensing and is not directed to children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
